2012 Spring Boot Camp Dates
FREE Boot Camp Orientation: May 30th 6pm
Boot Camp Sessions Begin: June 2nd 2pm-4pm
We accept skaters of ALL skill levels!
Training camps are held each Saturday starting on June 2nd from 2pm-6pm for 6-7 weeks.
A trainer fee of $6.00 required for each Saturday session. CASH ONLY. (per session payment only. No in-full payments)
Anyone who does not attend orientation or arrive ready to skate on the first day of boot camp will be asked to join us at our next training camp. Once a camp has begun it is closed to any new skaters.
During these camps you will be working with H.A.R.D.’s vet skaters to hone your skating skills and learn the ins and outs of roller derby.
Once a skater has completed a camp they will be invited to attend our tryouts. However, this does not mean they will automatically be invited to join the league. Some may be asked to join another boot camp or to try out again in the future.
2012 Spring Tryout Dates
July 14 (time TBA with participant)
H.A.R.D. tryouts are open to any skater who meets the minimum skill requirements and has a general knowledge of roller derby. Anyone who may be a hazard or an interruption to tryouts may be asked to join an upcoming boot camp or to return to tryouts when they are more prepared.
Please email gwen.stepoffme@gmail.com if you are wanting to attend an upcoming tryout but have not attended a previous boot camp.
Please contact Gwen StepOffMe for any questions or concerns related to new girl boot camps or tryouts!

Thinking of becoming a H.A.R.D. referee?
H.A.R.D. is always looking for dedicated referees who are willing to put in the hard work to become a knowledgeable official.
Everyone 18+ is welcome to join, but we do want to mention that this position takes just as much work as being a skater. That means coming to practices, meetings, events and everything in between!
For more information on how to join please contact our head referee Hitman at gerard.bustillo@gmail.com
Not sure want you want to do, but definitely want to be apart of the action?
More goes into putting on a bout for 700+ people than just skating! Thats why we love when people volunteer their free time to help us in the behind the scenes action!
For more information or if you would like to become a volunteer please contact Iron Jenny Flint at flintrollerderby@yahoo.com
